Market Update

Despite recent turbulence in the financial markets, the local property market continues to show remarkable resilience. In fact, we’ve just recorded our busiest month since 2017, highlighting the strength of buyer demand across the region. The market in Huntingdonshire remains active, with well‑priced homes attracting good levels of interest and achieving successful sales. It’s an encouraging sign that, even against a changing economic backdrop, there is confidence in the local housing market.
